Our bonsai and our bonsai supplies are backed by our excellent service. We do everything possible to insure your order arrives safely. If there is any problem with your delivery, you should notify us right away at (508) 883-2842.
Shipping charges
A word about packing and shipping charges-- our goal is to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible. The online store generates an automatic shipping charge based on a percentage of your order total. Sometimes this shipping charge is too high. If we are able to lower this rate for you we will! So please remember- your member discount will be calculated when we process your order (we will email you your reduced total) AND if we can lower the shipping charge, we will also do it at that time.
Returns
New England Bonsai Gardens reserves the right to apply a 15% re-stocking charge (of order total) on orders that are packed but not sent, are refused, or are returned to us. For orders already shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus the 15% restocking fee.
International Orders
If you want your order to be shipped outside the United States or Canada, pre-payment by check or money order, including all packing and shipping charges, is required. No credit card orders will be accepted for international shipments. We also note that we cannot guarantee safe delivery outside of the United States.
